  My schedule to pick up the vehicle was a 9am. I was there at 9:03am and didn't get checked in until 9:15. After checking in I was told I had to wait because the vehicle still has to be cleaned. I looked at the cleaning line and there were a couple of other cars being washed and vacuumed. Finally at around 9:45 we were told that the van was ready. The lady gave us the speech and keys, however the van was all wet and was told that that was it. We are to take the care wet on the outside. My husband asked for a towel to at least wipe the wind shield before taking off. My husband left the Enterprise around 10:10 after trying to wipe off the vehicle. We rented a caravan and the automatic door was hard to close and open. Service was no good!
