  Apartments need better services for pest control and repairs. Concrete slab cracked under apartment mositure and black mold...they pulled up carpet and sent in a crew ro clean and dry everything but did not fix the problem amd have not rechecked since then. Roaches, broken stoves, cheap linoleum peel and stick floor....they need to spend some money on the inside instead of the outside of these places..new patio furniture by the pool recently but no resolution to the bug issues (and the apt residents are not dirty, clean all food and wipe down everything all the time)..dont let the appearance fool u...they are not that nice for the price.
